“Horizon has helped me with monitoring the numbers that truly matter to our business’ success. It has helped drill down to our weaker areas and highlighted the ones we are finding success in. I also enjoy that we can accurately monitor each technician’s performance. I am new to the system so I am still learning the ins and outs, but overall I do see it as a valuable tool. Currently we are working to identify categories of repair that we can increase on. Once those areas are identified, it helps us with training techniques for both service advisors and technicians to improve on that specific area. The coaching provided is one on one, rather than a group setting which is great. Overall I would recommend the program to others and I look forward to continuing to work with it.”
